About Fernando

I help Bay Area buyers and sellers navigate the local real estate market with clarity, sound analysis, and a focus on achieving the best overall outcome. My approach is data-driven, responsive, and respectful of my clients’ time. Whether evaluating a property, comparing offers, or working through a complicated decision, I translate the details into practical guidance that is easy to understand.

My background in public accounting and tax, along with my experience as a controller for a local construction company, gives me a practical perspective on real estate. I help clients understand not only the price of a property, but also the financial details, its condition, and the potential cost of improvements. If a home needs work, my experience in finance and construction helps clients better evaluate what it may take to make it their own. While price is important, I focus on the full picture and on helping my clients achieve the best net result.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in Combined Science from Santa Clara University, where I developed the analytical and problem-solving skills that continue to shape my work. I bring those skills—and a strong commitment to ethics and integrity—to every client relationship.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy serving as an assistant coach for my daughter’s soccer team, OV Toros FC, and playing golf at the Bay Area’s many beautiful courses.

The most rewarding part of my work is helping clients achieve their real estate goals and knowing that I have played a trusted role in one of the most important decisions of their lives.
